What is DealPulp?

Each day, we launch a collection of spectacular deals -- one Daily Harvest and a number of Daily Picks. All of our deals are guaranteed fresh, online, and nationwide.

How long are deals available?

We kick off one or two deals every morning at 8:00am PST/11:00am EST. Each one runs for 72 hours, otherwise known as three days, or until it's sold out.

What kinds of deals do you offer?

We offer deals on everything from clothing, to photo printing, to chocolates, to jewelry, to posters, to coffee, and much much more. The most important thing to keep in mind is that our deals are always available online and nationwide,.

How do I get the deal?

Each of our deals offers you a discount of 50% or more on a select merchant’s webstore. When you purchase one of our daily deals, you’ll receive a unique promo code within a day or two, or immediately, if you purchase an Instant Code, which can then be applied to a purchase from that merchant’s site in order to receive your discount. Since you can purchase a promo code now and use it later, it’s a great buy for any contemplative or simply patient shopper.

How will I know what the deals are each day?

Just sign up for our daily email and we’ll deliver them right to your inbox.

How do I purchase a deal?

Add the deals you want to purchase to your Shopping Crate, then head to your Crate and click “checkout.” Enter your payment and shipping information and place your order. We’ll shoot you a confirmation email shortly after to let you know everything went smoothly.

Do a certain number of people need to buy the deals in order for them to become live?

Nope! If you buy a deal, you get the deal. And that’s that.

Wait, but do I need to choose my city or location?

No, again! Our deals are all available online and nationwide.

How do I know this is safe?

We work with a very reliable company called Authorize.net, to guarantee your security when placing orders on DealPulp.

When can I redeem the deal once I’ve bought it?

Once you’ve purchased a Daily Harvest, you can expect the deal to become live within 2 days, or immediately, if you’ve purchased an Instant Code. Once it does, you’ll receive an email that will direct you to your very own exclusive promo code and include directions for redeeming the deal. You can view the status of your code any time by visiting your Purchases page.

How do I redeem the deal once I’ve received my code?

Typically, you’ll simply place an order on the corresponding website and then enter your promo code at checkout. We’ll include directions in the confirmation email, just so there’s no confusion.

Can I share my promo code with friends?

The code we send you when you purchase a deal is a unique promo code that will expire after one use. If you’re planning to use the code for yourself, make sure to keep it to yourself. Of course, if you’d like to give the code to someone else as a gift, you have a number of options (also see “Can I buy a deal for a friend?”).

Can I redeem the deal in a store using my code?

No, the deals can only be redeemed online. Cashiers are likely to be very confused if you try to use your code in a store ...

Are there any guidelines I should know about that apply to all deals?

Yup! Unless otherwise noted in the Fine Print, the following guidelines apply to each and every deal:

• No cash value. Not valid for cash back.
• Tax and shipping fees are not covered.
• Entire value must be used on a single online order.
• Only one DealPulp promo code can be used per order.
• Can’t be combined with other special offers, discounts, or promo codes.
• All DealPulp Terms & Conditions apply.

Do I need to use the entire value of my promo code all at once?

Yes. Unless otherwise stated in the fine print, each promo code is single-use and can only be applied to one order. If you don’t use the entire value of your promo code on a single order, the remaining value will be lost, and we don’t want that to happen!

Can I combine my DealPulp promo code with other codes and offers?

Unless the Fine Print on the deal says otherwise, then no.

If I really like a deal, can I buy more than one?

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. Check out the Fine Print for that specific deal to see if multiple purchases are allowed. Also, keep in mind that while you may be allowed to buy multiple deals, you may only be able to use one promo code per order.

Can I buy a deal as a gift?

As long as the Fine Print says you can buy additional deals as gifts, then yes! Just select the deal, then click "Give it as a gift!" And if you miss that opportunity, you can always add a gift at checkout. After you’ve purchased the gift, once the deal is live and the code is ready, we’ll shoot you an email. When you’re ready to give the gift, just head to your Purchases page where you can choose to print it or email it and add a personal message.

Can I share deals with friends?

Yes. In fact, each time one of your friends clicks on your shared link and purchases the deal, you’ll earn a DealPulp credit worth 30% of that purchase. And remember, you can share deals using your unique deal link, our Facebook and Twitter share buttons, or our email sharing feature.

How long do I have to use my promo code to redeem the deal?

Most promo codes expire six months to a year from the time they become live. Once a code expires, it can no longer be redeemed for it's promotional value, but it can still be redeemed for the amount of money you paid for it, unless otherwise specified in the deal's Fine Print (also see "What happens if my promo code expires before I use it?").

What happens if my promo code expires before I use it?

Unless otherwise noted in the Fine Print, once a promo code has expired, it can no longer be redeemed for it's promotional value, but it can still be redeemed for the amount of money you paid for it (at least for the duration of time permitted by the laws in your state). Of course, since we want you to get the most out of your deals, we do our best to give you lots of time before your promo codes expire and we even send you a reminder when your time’s almost up!

Can I return a deal once I’ve purchased it?

Deals can’t be returned, and Instant Codes can’t be cancelled or returned at any time. However, if you purchase a deal that does not offer an Instant Code, you have 90 minutes to cancel your order once you’ve placed it. Visit your Purchases page, and if the Cancel button appears next to your deal then the order can still be canceled. If the Cancel button no longer appears, then the deal is no longer refundable or exchangeable. That said, if a major issue arises with your purchase at any time, please contact us as soon as possible.

Help! Why isn’t my promo code working?

Make sure you’ve entered the promo code exactly as it’s displayed. Many codes are case sensitive, and others will come up as invalid if there are extra spaces at the beginning or end of the code. Of course, if you’re sure you’ve entered it correctly and it’s still not working, contact us and we’ll help you out.

How do I earn DealPulp credit?

Share deals with friends using our Facebook, Twitter, and Email sharing options, and each time someone follows one of your links and purchases deals, you’ll receive a DealPulp credit worth 30% of that purchase.

Why did I earn a partial credit?

If one of your friends follows your link and buys a deal but applies a DealPulp credit to cover part of the cost of the purchase, your credit will be lowered accordingly. In other words, you'll receive 30% of the amount paid after the credit was applied.

Why didn’t I earn any credit?

If one your friends follows your link and purchases a deal using only DealPulp credit, you aren’t eligible to receive credit. Also, remember that your friends must click through your referral link or shared links on Facebook and Twitter and make a purchase within that DealPulp session in order for you to receive credit (in other words, they need to make a purchase before closing or navigating away from DealPulp).

How much DealPulp credit can I earn?

You can earn and earn and earn until you reach $1,000 in credits.

How do I use my DealPulp credit?

If you have DealPulp credit, it will automatically be applied to your purchase.

How does the affiliate program work?

By becoming our affiliate, you can earn money by sharing DealPulp daily deals on your own blog or website. We’ll whip up some customized links so you can post the deals, and then we’ll pay you 30% of the money generated from sales that come directly from your site.

How do I become a DealPulp affiliate?

How do I manage my affiliate account once I’ve joined?

Once you’ve created your account, you’ll be directed to a welcome page that will provide you with more details about the program and allow you to finish setting up your account. Also, keep in mind that if you earn over $600 in a year through the affiliate program, we will ask that you send us a W-9 form.

Why does it look like I earned less than 30% on a sale?

If someone buys a deal via your affiliate link and applies a DealPulp credit to cover part of the cost of the purchase, your earnings will be lowered accordingly. In other words, you'll receive 30% of the amount paid after the credit was applied. If someone buys a deal via your affiliate link using only DealPulp credit, then you won't earn any money on the sale.
